Summary, etc. La correcta movilización y colocación del paciente para la operación, es tan importante para el éxito de la intervención como la adecuada preparación preoperatoria y la anestesia segura. La enfermera es responsable junto con el anestesista y el cirujano de la posición quirúrgica del paciente.<br/>Transferir a un paciente a la mesa de quirófano y colocarlo en posición correcta y segura, es necesario para reducir los efectos fisiológicos adversos y evitar lesiones mecánicas, para proporcionar acceso al lugar operatorio y para permitir que el anestesista tenga acceso a vías intravenosas, arteriales y respiratorias.<br/>Para ello, debemos tener conocimientos en anatomía, fisiología y conocer su trastorno particular, así como planificar los cuidados y trabajar en equipo.
