Si bien la asistencia a la mujer en su diferentes etapas del parto corre a cargo de los enfermeros especialistas en obstetricia y ginecología (matronas), cualquier personal sanitario puede verse involucrado en la asistencia a un parto que se desarrolla de forma inminente en un contexto<br/>muy diferente a un paritorio, como puede ser un centro de salud, una ambulancia, el propio domicilio o las mismas dependencias de las urgencias hospitalarias.<br/>La realización de este vídeo ha pasado por diferentes fases: petición de permisos al hospital y a las gestantes, elección de imágenes y música, montaje, publicación a través del Ministerio de Sanidad y Política Social, y posterior difusión.<br/>Esta guía audiovisual del parto natural constituye un interesante apoyo didáctico para enseñar a los profesionales sanitarios de urgencias y emergencias cómo prestar los primeros cuidados ante esta situación |
