Objetivos: Este estudio ha sido diseñado para comparar si hay diferencias notables<br/>en la disminución de los periodos de recuperación en la fasciosis plantar, realizando<br/>tratamiento de punción seca sobre el tibial posterior combinándolo con un<br/>tratamiento convencional vs un tratamiento convencional aislado.<br/>Diseño: Ensayo clínico aleatorizado ciego.<br/>Material y Método: Tras el proceso de selección, se divide la muestra en 2 grupos<br/>de forma uniforme y aleatoria. En el Grupo B (control), se emplean técnicas<br/>convencionales de tratamiento sobre el triceps sural y fascia plantar, al Grupo A<br/>(Experimental), se le aplican las mismas técnicas y además punción seca en el tibial<br/>posterior (músculo implicado en la marcha, y que refiere dolor plantar).<br/>Se realizan un total de 4 mediciones, una para incluir o no al sujeto dentro de la<br/>muestra del estudio, otra a las 3 semanas, una tercera siete después de haber<br/>realizado la ultima sesión de tratamiento del ensayo, y la última 3 meses después de<br/>haber finalizado el estudio. Las mediciones se realizan mediante , la escala<br/>analógica visual (EVA), un cuestionario de salud y actividad, y mediante un<br/>goniómetro.<br/>Resultados: Utilizando el programa IBM SPSS Statistics v22.0,un profesional<br/>sanitario (fisioterapeuta especializado en deporte), analizará los resultados<br/>estadísticos en los dos grupos, y como conclusión determinará cuál de los dos<br/>tratamientos es más efectivo para el tratamiento de la Fasciosis Plantar.<br/>Fuentes consultadas: Medline, Pubmed, Google Académico. |

Aims of the present study: This study has been designed to compare if there are<br/>notable differences in the decrease in recovery periods in plantar fasciosis,<br/>performing dry-needling treatment on the posterior tibialis, combining it with a<br/>conventional treatment versus an isolated conventional treatment.<br/>Design: Blind randomized clinical trial.<br/>Materials and Method: After the selection process, the sample is divided into 2<br/>groups in a uniform and random manner. In Group B (control), conventional<br/>treatment techniques are used on the triceps sural and plantar fascia; to Group A<br/>(Experimental), the same techniques are applied and also dry-needling in the<br/>posterior tibialis (muscle involved in gait, and that refers plantar pain).<br/>A total of four measurements are made, one to include or not the subject within the<br/>study sample, another when the three weeks are completed, a third seven after<br/>having completed the last treatment session of the trial, and the last three months<br/>after having finished the study. The measurements are made using the Visual<br/>Analogue Scale (VAS), a health and activity questionnaire and by means of a<br/>goniometer.<br/>Outcomes of the study: Using the IBM SPSS Statistics v22.0 programme, a health<br/>professional (sports physiotherapist) will analyse the statistical results in the two<br/>groups, and as a conclusion will determine which of the two treatments is most<br/>effective for the treatment of Plantar Fasciosis.<br/>Sources consulted: Medline, Pubmed, Google Scholar. |
