Summary: The aim of this study is to describe a systematic treatment and an escalation of functional assessment in the lesions of the hand device at the level of the digital channel. The study is based on 50 patients, 24 men and 26 women, with lesions at the digital channel level and whose duration has been approximately 12-15 weeks. We emphasize in the study of the biases that gave us the duration of the investigation in 2% of the patients in the change of order in the use of the instrumentation. The valuation of the evolutionary course is of 1/3 months with respect to the parameters established in the grid of the quote of Buck-Gramcko >>. The study shows that a large part of the injured are due to work accidents with a prevalence rate of three to one. The results correspond to the application of said treatment regimen, about 23 patients obtained a good / very good job reinsertion and 15 obtained an excellent recovery with a functional capacity similar to the previous one as the reduction of rehabilitation time and, therefore, the reduction of the time of sick leave and the improvement of the productivity of these patients; Consider that the application of this protocol entails an indisputable improvement in the treatment of these injuries.Item type | Current library | Collection | Call number | Status | Notes | Date due | Barcode |
