N2  - Introducción: el objetivo de este artículo es describir la intervención en un niño prematuro con diagnóstico de parálisis cerebral y analizar los factores que han podido influir en la evolución. Presentación del caso: se describe la intervención realizada desde la Fisioterapia en un Centro de Desarrollo Infantil y Atención Temprana. Tras año y medio de seguimiento, se replanteó la intervención desde el área de Fisioterapia, en base a la metodología propuesta por Le Métayer. Se describe la nueva valoración de su capacidad funcional y sus necesidades (examen neuromotor), los objetivos y el programa de educación motriz planteados (niveles de evolución motriz y prevención ortopédica) y la valoración posterior para comprobarr la independencia funcional alcanzada y los factores que podrían haber influido. Conclusiones: consideramos que es difícil determinar en qué medida factores como las características y el nivel de implicación de la familia, el momento de comienzo de la intervención, cómo se realizó la coordinación entre los profesionales del CDIAT y los de otras instituciones y qué técnica se empleó en la valoración de su capacidad funcional y sus necesidades, condicionaron la evolución del caso. No obstante, todos ellos son factores a tener en cuenta para poder realizar un buen programa de intervención global; Introduction: the objective of this article is to describe the intervention in a premature child with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy and to analyze the factors that have been able to influence the evolution. Case presentation: the intervention carried out from the Physiotherapy in a Child Development and Early Attention Center is described. After a year and a half of follow-up, the intervention was reconsidered from the Physiotherapy area, based on the methodology proposed by Le Métayer. The new assessment of their functional capacity and their needs (neuromotor examination), the objectives and the motor education program (levels of motor evolution and orthopedic prevention) and the subsequent assessment to verify the functional independence achieved and the factors that could be described are described have influenced. Conclusions: we consider that it is difficult to determine to what extent factors such as the characteristics and level of involvement of the family, the moment of beginning of the intervention, how coordination was carried out between the professionals of the CDIAT and those of other institutions and what technique used in the evaluation of its functional capacity and its needs, conditioned the evolution of the case. However, all of them are factors to take into account in order to carry out a good global intervention program
