Summary: Introduction and goals: Breast cancer plays a key role in our society due to its high incidence and its high rate of deaths among women. Primary prevention is essential to establish healthy actions in the society and to concern about what risks could people take action in order to modify them. The main goal of this project wants to establish measures and healthy actions to prevent the occurrence of breast cancer as well as identify the principal risk, to find appropriate answers through each specific target. Each one considers the influence of different attitudes such as physical activity, diet, obesity, tobacco, alcohol and hormone replacement therapy over the breast cancer. Method: It has been made a bibliographical review using different kind of databases such as: PubMed, CINAHL complete, The Cochrane Library, Scopus or Dialnet, always following the standards of this document. Results: It has been chosen 25 articles which provide the positive effect that diet, and physical activity has in this disease. Moreover, studies show that factors like obesity, tobacco, alcohol and hormone replacement therapy have an impact in relation to cancer. Conclusion: This paper reveals findings in order to show the protective role that diet, and physical activity have over the breast cancer, decreasing the occurrence over this disease. Not only these factors are important, but also obesity, alcohol, tobacco and hormone replacement therapy, since they increase the risk of this disease.Item type | Current library | Collection | Call number | Status | Date due | Barcode |
