El objetivo de este estudio es describir una sistemática de tratamiento y una escala de valoración funcional en las lesiones tendinosas del aparato flexor de la mano a nivel del canal digital.
El estudio está basado en 50 pacientes, 24 hombres y 26 mujeres, con lesiones a nivel del canal digital y cuya duración del tratamiento ha sido aproximadamente de 12-15 semanas.
Destacamos que en el estudio de los sesgos que nos afectan a la validez de la investigación un 2% de pacientes los encuadramos en un cambio de orden en la utilización de la instrumentación.
La valoración del curso evolutivo es de 1/3 meses con respecto a los parámetros considerados en la parrilla de la <<cotación de Buck-Gramcko>>.
El estudio nos demuestra que gran parte de los lesionados se deben a accidentes laborales con un índice de prevalencia de tres a uno.
Los resultados obtenidos de la aplicación de dicha pauta de tratamiento, cerca de 23 pacientes obtuvieron una buena/muy buena reinserción laboral y 15 obtuvieron una excelente recuperación con una capacidad funcional similar a la anterior a la lesión como consecuencia de la reducción del tiempo de rehabilitación y, por tanto, la reducción del tiempo de baja laboral y la mejora de productividad de estos pacientes; consideramos que la aplicación de este protocolo conlleva a una indiscutible mejora en el tratamiento de estas lesiones.

The aim of this study is to describe a systematic treatment and an escalation of functional assessment in the lesions of the hand device at the level of the digital channel.
