Summary: Introduction: Death, one of the most undeniable facts of this world, is never welcomed by the human being, and even less if we talk about the death of a loved one or a close friend. This event is usually accompanied by an adaptive and necessary process: the bereavement or bereavement process. Nursing, whose competence in this field is to take care of the patient in an integral way, develops care plans for the management and resolution of grief through the standardized nursing terminology NANDA, NOC and NIC. The principal objective of this study is to analyse the presence of bereavement and its constructs in nursing languages that could be applied to a care plan. Material and methodology: Taking into account the NANDA, NOC and Nic nurse taxonomies, a descriptive study has been carried out during October 2017 and June 2018. Results: In the NANDA taxonomy, nursing diagnoses were linked through the study of their related factors. NOC taxonomy was related by selecting the specific indicators needed to support the management of bereavement. Finally, the NIC taxonomy's interventions were associated to solve the problem. Conclusion: As a result of this study of the NANDA, NOC and NIC taxonomies, mourning was linked with 90 nursing diagnoses, 74 outcome criteria and 71 interventions, which could be useful for the care of people who are dealing with bereavement.Item type | Current library | Collection | Call number | Copy number | Status | Date due | Barcode |
