En este proyecto de investigación pretendemos valorar los efectos de la maniobra global de la pelvis (MGP) en jugadores de fútbol con asimetría en la rotación de la articulación coxofemoral.<br/>Queremos valorar la idoneidad de establecer como pronóstico de lesión la limitación de la articulación de la cadera. Determinar si la limitación coxofemoral produce una afectación de la articulación sacroiliaca (ASI), y como ésta afectación va a condicionar la aparición de dolor inespecífico en el pubis, síndrome piramidal y/o acortamiento de la musculatura isquiotibial.<br/>Durante la fase preliminar estudiaremos la amplitud en rotación de la articulación coxofemoral de todos los integrantes de la primera plantilla, el equipo filial y los tres equipos juveniles del club (total 100 jugadores de fútbol entre 15 y 36 años) del Rayo Vallecano de Madrid.<br/>Tras el estudio preliminar se identificarán los sujetos con diferencia en la amplitud de rotación interna y externa de la cadera. Con lo que se conformará el grupo de estudio.<br/>Para realizar el estudio se realizará una medición inicial pre intervención en la que evaluaremos punto gatillo miofascial 1 (PGM1) de piramidal y dolor en la rama pubiana con algometría, elasticidad de piramidal y musculatura isquiotibial con inclinometría.<br/>Dividiremos la muestra en dos grupos, un grupo intervención (GI) al que aplicaremos la MGP y un grupo control (GC) al que aplicaremos una maniobra placebo.<br/>Realizaremos una nueva evaluación de los parámetros post intervención, y de nuevo valoraremos como se modifican los valores tras el entrenamiento.<br/>5<br/>Se realizará a continuación una valoración estadística de los resultados, en la que compararemos los valores pre intervención con los valores post-intervención y post-entrenamiento. Buscaremos diferencias entre el grupo de estudio y el grupo control con el afán de delimitar la efectividad de la maniobra sobre los parámetros estudiados. |

research paper aims to evaluate the effects of global pelvic manipulation (GPM) on football players with asymmetric rotation in the coxofemoral joint.<br/>We are seeking to evaluate limitation of the hip joint as a suitable indicator for injury prognosis. We will determine if coxofemoral limitation engages the sacroiliac joint (SIJ), and how this involvement will affect unspecified pain in the pubis, pyramidal syndrome and/or reduction of the hamstring musculature.<br/>During the preliminary phase we will study the range of coxofemoral joint rotation in each member of the club’s first team, reserve team and the three junior teams (a total of 100 players between ages 15 and 36). Following the preliminary study, we will identify those subjects with a difference between the internal and external range of hip rotation. These subjects will make up the study group.<br/>To carry out the study we will first take an initial series of pre-intervention measurements to determine pyramidal trigger point 1 (TP1) and pain in the pubic ramus using algometer, pyramidal elasticity and hamstring musculature using an inclinometer.<br/>We will divide the sample into two groups: the intervention group (IG) on which we will apply GPM, and a control group (CG) on which we will apply a placebo manipulation.<br/>We will carry out a new evaluation of the parameters post-intervention, and will reevaluate the effect of training on all the values. Additionally, we will develop a statistical evaluation of the results, comparing recorded values pre-intervention and post-intervention, post-training. We will identify any differences between the intervention group and the control group in order to define the effectiveness of the manipulation on the parameters of study. |
