| Summary, etc. | Al día de hoy, Internet ha modificado el mundo y desde su incursión comercial a principios de la década de<br/>los noventa del siglo XX, el mundo no volvió a ser el mismo. El impacto de Internet ha sido monumental<br/>e históricamente pocos inventos en la historia de la humanidad han modificado de tal forma la vida del ser<br/>humano. Sin embargo, Internet es mucho más que unos computadores conectados y unas páginas web a<br/>las cuales acceder. Adicionalmente, algunas reglas de la naturaleza para células y especies también rigen<br/>para Internet. La World Wide Web y fenómenos que habitan en ella como la salud pública 2.0 son más<br/>que una red de sitios web conectados por hiperenlaces. La Web 2.0 pertenece a una de esas inteligencias<br/>colectivas donde así como en los enjambres, el concepto de autoorganización es fundamental. La nueva<br/>revolución científica aporta diferentes conceptos para intentar comprender las dinámicas de la World<br/>Wide Web y con ello entender desde otra perspectiva fenómenos complejos como la salud pública 2.0 |

| Summary, etc. | As of today, Internet has changed the world and since his commercial incursion in the early nineties of<br/>the twentieth century, this would not be the same. The web<br/>2.0 belongs to one of those collective intelligence where like in swarms, the concept of self-organizations<br/>is essential.<br/>The new scientific revolution brings different concepts to try to understand the dynamics of the World<br/>Wide Web and thereby to comprehend from another perspective the complex phenomena as public health. |
