La información al paciente al alta hospitalaria es útil y necesaria, pero con pacientes cardiológicos, se convierte en algo imprescindible, pues el miedo a la enfermedad, a lo desconocido, atenaza al enfermo y a su entorno familiar. Esta necesidad, percibida por tantos profesionales de la salud, se hizo incuestionable en la reunión del Grupo de Trabajo nacional de Prevención y Rehabilitación Cardiaca, perteneciente a la Asociación Española de Enfermería en Cardiología (AEEC). Se decidió promover un díptico que recopilara la información básica a aportar a los pacientes en el alta hospitalaria. Tras unificar criterios, se definieron los campos básicos que debía contener, definiéndose en: Presentación-Introducción, La enfermedad, Factores de riesgo, Actividad física, Actividad Sexual, Actividades de la Vida, Alimentación y Manejo del Dolor. Y como información adicional, los Programas de<br/>Prevención y Rehabilitación Cardiaca y las asociaciones de pacientes. La información se desarrolló y sintetizó al máximo y está basada en evidencias científicas actualizadas.<br/>Tras numerosas revisiones, correcciones y evaluación por profesionales externos al Grupo de Trabajo, por usuarios y familiares, de distintos Servicios de Salud de España, se obtuvo el objetivo previsto mediante el diseño y elaboración de un díptico informativo, en formato A4 doblado al centro, realizado en varios idiomas y completado con una presentación visual en Power-Point, para su utilización conjunta, que puede descargarse junto con el díptico, desde la propia página web http://www.enfermeriaencardiologia.com de la Asociación Española de Enfermería en Cardiología (AEEC), con acceso libre y gratuito para todos los profesionales de salud y público en general. |

The patient information to hospital discharge is useful and necessary, but with cardiological patients, becomes something indispensable, because the fear of the disease, the unknown, grips to the sick and their families. This need, perceived by many health professionals, was unquestioned in the meeting of the Working Group national Prevention and Cardiac Rehabilitation, belonging to the Spanish Association of Nursing in Cardiology (AEEC). It was decided to promote a diptych to compile basic information to provide to patients in hospital discharge. After unifying criteria, defined the basic fields that should contain, in defining: Presentation-Introduction, Disease, Risk factors,<br/>Physical activity, Sexual activity, Activities of life, Food and Pain management. And additional information, Prevention and Cardiac Rehabilitation Programs and Patients Associations. The information developed and synthesized to the maximum and is based on up-date scientific evidence.<br/>After numerous revisions, corrections and evaluation by external professionals to the Working Group by users and families of different Spain health services was obtained the objective envisaged through the design and development of a diptych information, format A4, conducted in several languages and completed with a visual presentation PowerPoint to use joint, that you can download together with the diptych, from the website of the Spanish Association of Nursery in Cardiology (AEEC) http:www.enfermeriaencardiologia.com, with free and open access to all practitioners of health and general public. |
