• Introducción: Las peculiaridades del trasplantado cardíaco y su situación crítica en el postoperatorio inmediato, nos llevó a plantearnos la necesidad de actualizar su protocolo de acogida para garantizar unos cuidados integrales y de calidad.<br/>• Objetivo: Sintetizar en un póster los recursos materiales y humanos necesarios, las intervenciones con el paciente y su familia, así como los controles, registros y signos de alarma a tener en cuenta.<br/>• Material y métodos: Revisión de los protocolos de acogida del posoperado cardíaco en general y del trasplantado en particular de nuestra Unidad, y actualización de los mismos mediante revisión bibliográfica y análisis de la evidencia basada en nuestra experiencia.<br/>• Resultados: Elaboramos un póster donde se expone el contenido del protocolo actualizado del trasplantado cardíaco.<br/>• Conclusiones: La colocación del póster en un lugar visible, sirve como guía para que todo el personal lo utilice como herramienta para proporcionar unos cuidados integrales y estandarizados al paciente recién trasplantado. |

• Introduction: The peculiarities of the transplanted heart and critical situation in the immediate postoperative period led us to consider the need to update your host protocol to ensure a comprehensive and quality care.<br/>• Objective: To synthesize a poster resources and skilled interventions with the patient and family as well as controls, records and warning signs to consider.<br/>• Material and methods: Review of protocols of Cardiac Postoperative host in general and in particular our transplant unit, and updating them through literature review and analysis of evidence based on our experience.<br/>• Results: We developed a poster which sets out the updated contents of the heart transplant protocol.<br/>• Conclusions: The placement of the poster in a conspicuous place, serves as a guide for all staff to use it as a tool to provide comprehensive care and patient newly transplanted standardized. |
