Este artículo describe el programa de ejercicios para embarazadas con reposo en cama y su implementación en el Servicio de Medicina Materno-Fetal del Hospital Miguel Servet de Zaragoza.<br/>Se creó un programa de ejercicios para favorecer el buen estado físico y emocional de las pacientes con ingresos hospitalarios durante su embarazo como consecuencia de la aparición de determinadas patologías que requieren reposo.<br/>Este programa tiene como objetivo la mejora de la tonificación muscular de las pacientes a través de la realización de ejercicios físicos y la obtención de un mayor grado de satisfacción emocional con su situación personal. |

This article describes how the program was designed and its implementation in the Maternal Fetal Medicine Department of the Hospital Miguel Servet in Zaragoza.<br/>Development of an exercise training program by medical personnel (doctors, nurses and midwives) in order to promote a good physical condition and emotional health of patients with hospitalization during pregnancy due to the onset of certain diseases that require rest.<br/>This program is aimed at, by means of physical exercises, improving muscle tone and emotional effect that leads these patients to obtain greater satisfaction of their personal situation. |
