Actualmente gran parte de los pacientes de esclerosis múltiple (EM) de una población son evaluados, tratados y orientados por las unidades de Fisioterapia de atención primaria<br/><br/>El presente trabajo pretende facilitar la atención de dicha demanda, mediante la familiarización de los fisioterapeutas de atención primaria con la esclerosis múltiple<br/><br/>Así proporcionamos unas «herramientas»: la historia de Fisioterapia (que recoja los síntomas neurológicos, traumatológicos, etc.). Y los objetivos del tratamiento y el tratamiento propiamente dicho, con los medios de que se dispone en atención primaria.<br/><br/>El fin que buscamos con este modo de trabajo y de distribución del tiempo es doble: el primer objetivo es aliviar, detener o enlentecer los síntomas de la EM, así como prevenir las complicaciones.<br/><br/>El segundo objetivo es hacer más llevadera la vida diaria tanto del paciente como de sus familiares, con consejos y explicaciones acerca de la adaptación del hogar, modo de realización de las actividades de la vida diaria, transferencias, síntomas de la EM. |

Nowadays, most of multiple esclerosis patients ofapopulation, are evaluated, treatened and orient by primary care Physiotherapy units. This article aims to facilitate by means of the familiration of primary care Physiotherapist with multiple esclerosis.<br/><br/>So, we pro vida certain «tools»: a physiotheparic history (that may contain neurological, ortopedical symptoms), as the objectives of the treatement and the treatment in it self, together with the resources in primary care.<br/><br/>The goal we search with such kind of work and time distribution, is double: the first objective is to relieve, to stop or soften the symptoms of the multiple eclerosis, so as to prevent the complications of this illness.<br/><br/>The second aim, is to make easier the dayndash;by–day life of the patients and their families, through explanations and advises about the home adaption, the way of making daily life’s activities, transferences, symptoms of the multiple esclerosis.<br/><br/>La méthode de dilution peut être utilisée avec économie de temps pour l'analyse des minéraux dans le sirop d'érable puisque les sucres n'interfèrent pas dans la détermination. |
