| Summary, etc. | Desde hace algunos aéos en el ámbito laboral, y más concretamente en el contexto sanitario, se está produciendo un aumento de las enfermedades de adaptación, como son estrés y burnout, o síndrome de estar quemado, que tan directamente influyen en la salud de la persona y en sus relaciones sociales. El propésito de este artículo es revisar los generadores de estrés más frecuentes entre los profesionales sanitarios, así como las consecuencias y las soluciones que aportan los diversos autores que han investigado sobre el tema para de esta manera entender mejor la naturaleza de algunas alteraciones asociadas a la actividad laboral. |

These sickness affects directly human relationships and health.The purpose of this paper is to revise what are the most frecuently stress generators among health staff as well as the consequences and solutions given by different research workers on the theme, in order to get a better understanding of the origin of some sickness related to workpeople. |
