| Summary, etc. | En la relación que se establece entre un individuo y el trabajo que desarrolla, incluyen tanto factores psicológicos como sociológicos y fisiológicos, que inciden considerablemente en la satisfacción o insatisfacción individual con el trabajo. Por ello para diseñar un puesto de trabajo es necesario tener en cuenta determinadas recomendaciones ergonómicas, como, por ejemplo, las dimensiones corporales del trabajador o el gasto energético y esfuerzos que precisa la actividad laboral a desempeñar, de forma que resulte rápido y eficaz para la empresa, pero seguro y confortable para el trabajador. |

| Summary, etc. | In the relationship established between a person and the work that he/she carries out, psychological and physiology factors have a great influence. These factors affect individual satisfaction or dissatisfaction with work considerably. For that reason, in order to design a job it is necessary to consider certain ergonomic recommendations, like for example, the worker's corporal dimensions, or the expense of energy and the efforts needed to carry out a task, so that it is fast and effective for company but sure and comfortable for the worker. |
