It does not present all the activity of a care unit. It does not provide any proof. It proves nothing irrefutably. Nor does it indicate whether what is happening is right or wrong. However, it can show things that are impossible to see without the help of a systematic observatory technique. It can also reveal facts that we refuse to see because we are used to a daily practice, which may even be unsatisfactory
