N2  - In 1982, the Nursing Department of the Hospital Clínico Universitario de Zaragoza organized a Course on New Tendencies in Nursing. It was then that a group of professionals from the center wanted to know the current situation of nursing in the face of these new trends. To find out, a survey was designed, whose objectives were three: to assess the degree of satisfaction, the level of training and the socio-employment situation of the respondents. The age of the nursing staff at the center is no more than thirty years old and they express a great interest in continuing education, since on the one hand they received poor training and, on the other, their degree of job satisfaction is not optimal, as observed through the analyzed data
