N2  - In Spain there is a great difference in the role of Nurse, according to the different levels of care. At the tertiary level, the work of the Nursing professional is mostly of a care and teaching type; it is dedicated to a reduced volume of patients, located within a care unit and uses large material and human resources. However, in rural areas, professionals have to attend to a large volume of patients/clients, spread over a large area, whose geographical peculiarities sometimes mean that the professional has to move across fields. To make matters worse, the material, deficient and scarce, tends to be the property of the nurse and rarely responds to all needs. This survey aims to quantify the situation
