This, which for some supposes a utopia, is already a real experience, which is being carried out in some centers in the United States, with great success. The structure of all of them leads to an integration of the clinic, teaching and research in Nursing, so that, in this way, students can learn from true professionals. Unification requires a climate of concern, experimentation, decentralization of authority and assumption of responsibilities within the profession
