N2  - The study of the male with sexual alteration is based on three progressive sequential phases. In the first, the clinical history, the psychological study of the patient and the general analysis, constitute the basic line of investigation. In the second phase, the systematics to follow is based on the data obtained in the previous phase and is completed with the study of the hormonal profile, the vascular factor, assessment of the neurological state, urological pathology... In the third phase, the studies dynamic, vascular, endocrine and neurological, more complex, will define the study definitively. It is necessary to emphasize the important function represented by the nocturnal graphic recording (N.R.G.), which constitutes the basic pillar in the study of alterations in sexual potency
