For its realization, the child care process that takes place in the Neonatal Center has been analyzed. As well as various sources of information have been used. The results obtained consist of a series of documents that collect, on the one hand, a selection of data that help us to have a broader knowledge of the child and, on the other, the Nursing Action Plan
