N2  - This work describes the evolution of the feeding of a small newborn affected by various problems. Their nature made it necessary to use different feeding routes according to the needs and responses of each moment.
Throughout all this time, the authors applied their personal conception of the Nursing Care Process (PAE), recording the monitoring and evolution of the problems that arose. The PAE has been used in the Neonatal Center of the Hospital Clínico Universitario since May 1985. (See <<Revista ROL de Enfermería>>, no. 94)
