N2  - The article that we are presenting today deals with a practical experience carried out at the CAP Cantera, in Barcelona. After placing all the coordinates that explain the living conditions and the characteristics of the neighborhood in which the aforementioned CAP is located, the author tells how the justification and development of a home care program has been put into practice.
Next, without forgetting the methodology of necessary application and after a brief presentation of the results and problems with which the project has been faced, the article infers the possibility of carrying out a different work system in home care
