N2  - Some professions, generally those of help and especially Nursing, are affected by what has been called the Burn Out Syndrome. This syndrome is characterized by the loss of work motivation with sequelae of emotional exhaustion, somatic manifestations and feelings of frustration.
In addition, the article exposes how personal stress and the work environment of certain companies influence the greater or lesser affectation of their workers by Burn Out
