N2  - This article is an extract from the presentation given by Vicente Ortún at the <<Seminar on comparative analysis of health systems and policies>>, organized by the National School of Health, which took place in Madrid from March 5 to 8, this same year. In this Seminar, prominent personalities from the world of health gathered and had the participation of speakers from the United States, Canada, etc.
As the author himself points out in the text, this Zoom represents one more contribution that allows us to reflect on the importance for our country of the international debate on which is the best organization of health services. A debate that has been taking place recently and that contemplates terms such as <<competition mechanisms in healthcare>>, <<changes in the organization and incentives for providers, users and financiers>>, etc. The development of these assumptions introduces us to discussions on healthcare financing (the already famous public-private debate on healthcare, which was also reflected on the Zoom pages), competition in the provision of services, the issue of incentives, etc. . In conclusion, we believe that it is an interesting article that must be read for all those who have our magazine in their hands
