N2  - We are already in the middle of the summer season and there are many people who decide to travel abroad and, more specifically, to countries in tropical areas where it is easier to contract some specific diseases. This article lists and develops a whole series of preventive health measures that must be put into practice before, during and after the stay in the aforementioned areas, if we want our trips to be, one hundred percent, a true playful experience.
