N2  - From a broad perspective, the author approaches the problem of sexuality in the elderly and how the acceptance of this facet, or its denial, depends more on social and cultural factors than on natural ones. With the help of anthropological knowledge, based on these considerations, a series of analyzes are carried out on how the sexuality of the elderly is conceived in other peoples or, even, on the very fact of sexuality itself, as a language of the body.
