N2  - This is an interesting article that analyzes the basic characteristics of modern hospitals -concentration of diagnostic and therapeutic resources- depending on the technical progress of medicine in the years 5'09-70 and the acceleration of technological advances in the 80's. , the phenomenon coinciding, in many countries, with the generalization in the decades from the 50s to the 70s of the right to health care.
However, this whole process accentuates the conditions that have caused a major crisis and a critique of hospitalocentrism.
