It deals with a subject that arouses interest in the entire group due to its validity and its reflection in daily activity and in the results of nursing work: we are referring to the incidence of working conditions in the quality of life of the professional and, as consequently, in the quality of care provided. In this sense, the author makes a series of interesting personal reflections drawn from her own experience based on a wide professional career
