N2  - The author reflects on the different elements to take into account if we want to correctly and rigorously evaluate the lack of nursing professionals in Western countries, a dynamic in which our country also participates. In this sense, the accent is placed not so much on the <<production>> deficit of nurses, as on the vices of the labor management system that distort the health system and on the lack of situations that gratify its components, for which reason the leaving the profession is very important.
After outlining this panorama, he points out some possible solutions that all go through the powers of the motivating elements of the profession and establish more flexible work organization formulas than the current ones
