N2  - Ongoing training is a topic of great importance at the present time. In Nursing it is considered not only as a topic of interest, but as a right and at the same time a duty of all professionals. However, there are still barriers that prevent our professionals from continuing their training once the official study period has ended.
In order to carry out the motives, interests and needs of the Nursing professional with respect to the question of continuous training, the study that we now present has been carried out, carried out in Navarra. Ideas can be drawn from the conclusions to help organize strategies aimed at facilitating and providing training resources
