N2  - The authors intend to assess the state of opinion of Nursing professionals from the emergency services of Valencian hospitals on the <<professional error>> subject that, due to its direct effects on the patient-user and its professional and legal repercussions, is throbbing topicality.
Through the analysis obtained from the surveys of 70 nurses, the concern for the issue and its possible solutions is revealed. Likewise, it is intended to demonstrate how professionals deal with the subject and its possible solutions. Likewise, it is intended to demonstrate how Nursing professionals are fully trained to identify and value distorting elements (their own and the system) that lead to professional error.
It is an experimental work whose results and conclusions can serve as a reference for other authors interested in the subject
