N2  - The study was carried out at the Narón Health Center, belonging to the El Ferrol area. The authors demonstrate the efficacy of nursing home intervention. The care needs of the chronically ill - inability to move - are assessed at the time of being recruited and after a period of time of inclusion in the Home Care Program. Subsequently, the results obtained are analyzed, which indicate that the care provided has served to disseminate knowledge about correct care for patients within their family environment, improving their care needs and raising the quality of life
