The importance of this fact is assessed by comparing the results obtained in two groups of patients with similar characteristics, among whom the degree of training and homogeneity of the professional teams that performed the test have varied. The results show significant differences between the two groups, with a higher percentage of seropositivity in the group in which the professional was specially trained in performing the test
