N2  - Based on continuous training activities on quality assurance methodology focused on solving real problems, an evaluation study of the quality of care is carried out in a center of the non-reformed primary care network. The work is driven by nursing staff, the selected problem area being the prescription and compliance with injectable treatments administered at the center. Improvements are achieved in the second evaluation, especially in the criterion that presented more deficient results in the first: constancy in the prescription of the duration of the treatment, which is manifested as the most relevant evaluation criterion and candidate to be established as an indicator for the future evaluation. periodic monitoring of this problem area
