N2  - A two-year study regarding the coverage achieved in influenza immunization in risk groups is presented, since it is the only means available to reduce the virulence of winter processes. In the 1990-1991 vaccination campaign, the coverage rate was 58.07%, and through a series of strategies it has risen during the 1991-1992 campaign to 84.56% in the moderate and high-risk groups. Comparing the figures with similar studies, estimates are close to those recommended by the O.M.S
