N2  - This article intends to reflect the experience lived by a basic primary care team (EBAP), with six terminally ill patients and their families. These first experiences, which can be described as overwhelming, led us to question our performance, both professional and human, and to raise the need for a common pool between the various professionals involved in the environment of the terminally ill (TE).
Starting from these exchanges between the EBAP, we move on to consider the very root of the problem: death. The result of this was the self-training and the subsequent proposal of an action plan, unified and coordinated towards the terminally ill patient and his family. Plan that we have used and are currently reviewing, pending its evaluation.
On the other hand, we try to communicate and share the accumulated experience, as a possible stimulus for similar actions in other health centers in our country
