These first experiences, which can be described as overwhelming, led us to question our performance, both professional and human, and to raise the need for a common pool between the various professionals involved in the environment of the terminally ill (TE). Starting from these exchanges between the EBAP, we move on to consider the very root of the problem: death. The result of this was the self-training and the subsequent proposal of an action plan, unified and coordinated towards the terminally ill patient and his family. Plan that we have used and are currently reviewing, pending its evaluation.
