TY - SER TI - Control de calidad de la atención enfermera SN - 0210-5020 N1 - Este artículo se encuentra disponible en su edición impresa; Bibliografía: p. 20 N2 - This work is included in the nursing care quality assurance process, initiated in our center on home visits. After carrying out an initial study, we decided to evaluate the application of the corrective measures, considering the new cases of visits in this period. To do this, we agreed on nine criteria by consensus taking into account the previous results. This new analysis reflects that acceptable rates are reached in the criteria related to monitoring and assessment of needs (close to 100%); acceptable those of degree of dependency, family environment and nursing plan. The assessment of the caregiver, nursing diagnoses and the joint plan of the visit are quite improvable due to low results (40%). Overall, the development of the visit is acceptable but still not ideal. As conclusions we propose: 1) Use the new visit sheet already designed with a specific section on family assessment. 2) Arrange among the professionals a weekly space for the preparation and review of joint plans. 3) Organize training activities to discuss the difficulties in the formulation and use of diagnoses.
