N2  - Infective endocarditis (I.E.) is a serious prognostic process with significant morbidity and mortality, multiple clinical manifestations, and complications. Nursing must know it in depth to assess the real problems and detect possible complications early, without forgetting the psychosocial aspect of the individual who faces a process that is generally unknown to him, which implies prolonged hospitalization and aggressive treatment.
A nursing care plan has been prepared that tries to address the problems of patients with El in a systematic way, to offer care adapted to the needs of each patient, saving time and effort, unifying criteria, and providing continuity and quality care
