N2  - In order to find out whether or not there was dissatisfaction and to identify some of the possible causative factors, this study was carried out among the nursing staff of the Health Centers of Palma de Mallorca, using a self-completed questionnaire.
From the results, we highlight the existence of dissatisfaction in the majority of people surveyed for at least one of the factors studied, the most frequent being <<conflicts with the E.A.P. (Primary Care Team)>> (66.7%) followed by <<lack of human resources>> (50.9%)
