N2  - The hospital experience of a multidisciplinary group of professionals dedicated to the care of the terminally ill is described.
The interest of this study stems from a previous experience in which the anxiety aroused by care for these patients became evident. Teamwork was raised as a possible alternative to the stress generated by this relationship. A three-month hospital experience was scheduled and, through group techniques, the cohesion of the care team was reinforced.
The conclusions of this study confirm our hypothesis: teamwork increases cohesion among the members of the care team, and this cohesion reduces anxiety while facilitating and improving the care relationship
