A large block of this type of problem is constituted by chronic childhood pathologies, which in our environment are becoming increasingly relevant, due to the fact that they are children and families with special needs, subject to some dependency on health services-primary and specialized-who also have to learn to live with their problem. Only from a perspective of continuous care, in time and in services, it is possible to guarantee their well-being. The maternal and child health program of the Andalusian Health Service, where the author develops his work, intends to plan care strategies for chronic children integrated into the maternal and child health services of Andalusia.
