N2  - In a nursing project for the organization of primary care services within the framework of health care, the work of adaptation of Nursing diagnoses is inserted as a methodological instrument for the development of care services.
The basis of this work is based on the classification of the N.A.N.D.A. which is analyzed from the reality of the provision of services provided by nurses in health centers. The theoretical model from which we start is the self-care model of Dorothea Orem. The classification that we present is the result of an experience that tries to lay the foundations for later work
