For this, from the consultation with experts, criteria and process standards were identified that would allow evaluating the quality of the nursing work methodology in the health center, in consultation and home visits. The calculation of the weighted global index was established as a complementary method that allows the joint evaluation of the quality of the nursing records, with respect to the work methodology used. A personal history audit guide was also prepared through which the quality of nursing records in two health centers was evaluated with the intention of verifying the level of development of the work methodology and finding out the influence of continuous training as a measure to adopt to increase the quality of the process. The results detected in the nursing records an optimal quality level of the criteria referring to the assessment of toxic habits, physical examination and assessment of the nutrition-metabolism pattern, and insufficient development of the rest. Finally, a more optimal level of quality was found in the records made by the nurses of the health center where a greater proportion of them received continuous training from the direction of the sector ER -
