N2  - Certain digestive and urological pathologies require the performance of an ostomy (colostomy, ileostomy or urostomy) as the most appropriate treatment from a surgical point of view. But the ostomy triggers an adjustment problem that can alter HEALTH, understood from the <<global or integral>> point of view. The objective of the article is to evaluate a work methodology, previously planned, developed by nurses who are experts in ostomies, under the hypothesis that this methodology reduces the different problems of the ostomy patient
