It describes the very simple and inexpensive procedure that the authors use to prophylaxis against subcutaneous hematomas caused by fibrinolysis as treatment in the acute myocardial infarction.
Fibrinolysis is recognized as an effective therapy in coronary reperfusion and other elements that reduce the mortality of the patient with AMI, but causes bleeding risks
