N2  - Nursing care registered during continuous care hours in eight rural health areas are analyzed. This is a descriptive, retrospective, cross-sectional study with several sections, observational and using random distribution sampling. The results indicate that an average of 1.3 (+- 0.14) care is produced per 1,000 inhabitants per day. 80.4% of care is provided in the center. 25.9% are assessed as urgent in the request. 65.1% correspond to adults. 8.7% are displaced patients. 61.7% of care corresponds to injectables, followed by 23% cures and 5% blood pressure records. 14.9% of care is provided after nine at night
