The fact that a significant number of terminal patients at this final stage of their life state that they want to die at the family home highlights the important role of the community health team, and in particular that of the nurse, in caring for psychosocial aspects. of this type of patients and their corresponding families, given the influence that these aspects have in the final moment of the disease process. The clinical case that is presented at the end of the article intends to illustrate, through a practical example, a form of Nursing intervention in the home environment for the care of the psychosocial aspects of the terminally ill patient and family ER -
