N2  - To prevent the problems and complications that patients undergoing surgery usually suffer, it is essential to use a standardized generic care plan due to the preventive dimension that nursing action thus acquires.
In order for this care plan to be more effective, standardized nursing interventions such as those provided by the Nursing Interventions Classification (ICD) must be available, since in this way a common language is promoted among professionals, giving continuity to care and facilitating the choice of appropriate interventions for each problem.
This work establishes the most frequent nursing diagnoses in postoperative patients and adapts nursing actions to the ICD
